This week, crews started work on the new water main installation on Tranquille Road between Aviation Way and Crestline Street. Access to all businesses and residences in the work zone continues to be maintained. If there is equipment working adjacent to your property, please indicate that you want to access the business/residence by activating your signals. Obey direction from traffic personnel at all times. Please be advised:

• The construction zone has been reduced to 30 km/hr. This is in effect 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please obey all signage and personnel when travelling through the site. Motorists are reminded that traffic is single-lane alternating through the construction zone during the day, and re-opened to one lane each direction when crews are not onsite. Traffic control signage and personnel are in place during the day to assist motorists and pedestrians. Delays and congestion should be expected.
• Starting Tuesday, August 1, crews will be commencing work at 5:00 am. This will be in effect during days of exceptional heat to help protect the safety of the crew and will be monitored daily. We apologize for the disruption and we appreciate your understanding.
