In the coming weeks following the recent tragic events involving the Red Bridge, the 7^th Avenue and Pioneer Park Upgrades Project team will be sharing the area with cleanup crews working on the bridge. Please be aware of heavy crane traffic accessing the Red Bridge work zone in the coming days by way of Front Street.

With regard to the water services and rail crossing portions of the project, delays may be experienced, but overall, the project team is optimistic that the schedule will remain as previously communicated.

Unfortunately, the work zone for the bridge encompasses the Rivers Trail pathway and the end of the trail is almost directly underneath the bridge. Delays with regard to the construction and completion of the multi-use pathway are expected.
