This week, Acres Enterprises Ltd. continues work on Copperhead Drive, east of Avens Way. Crews are currently removing debris and large rocks from the roadway and boulevard in preparation for excavation work which is scheduled to start the week of August 21. Construction hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Fencing has been installed to cordon off the active construction area. We ask that trail users please respect the signage and fencing that is in place.

While every attempt is being made to minimize the impact on residents and pedestrians during construction, some disruption (noise, dust, vibration) should be expected. We appreciate your understanding.

With the current drought conditions, Acres is working to balance the importance of water conservation with the need to utilize water for dust control and compaction of materials on the construction site. Wildfire safety practices are also in place on the construction site.
