Update for November 8

8 November 2024

Lansdowne Street Corridor Update

Inclement weather has caused a delay in today's line painting work, meaning that Lansdowne Street may not reopen to traffic as planned tomorrow (Saturday, November 9). Please check the City's Facebook page to remain up-to-date on the reopening schedule.

Transit Exchange Update

Weather permitting, the temporary transit exchange on St. Paul Street will close on Sunday night (November 10). The Lansdowne Transit Exchange is scheduled to reopen the morning of Monday, November 11, at its original location in Lansdowne Village.

Once the temporary transit exchange is relocated back to Lansdowne Village, all signage will be returned to normal on St. Paul Street and on-street parking will resume on St. Paul Street on Saturday morning.

New signage will be placed at the temporary four-way stops along St. Paul Street at 4th and 5th Avenues advising that the stops will be removed, and regular traffic patterns will commence.

The entire project team would like to thank you all for your patience during this complex construction project. There were many challenges along the way, and while we understand that everything was not perfect, we thank you for your cooperation.
