TRAFFIC IMPACTS

4^th Avenue from Victoria Street to Seymour Street remains closed to vehicle traffic. Additionally, the left-hand turning lane and the lefthand lane along Seymour Street heading east are now closed to allow work to begin in the intersection. This will last until approximately September 22.

PEDESTRIAN IMPACTS

The sidewalk on the west side of 4^th Avenue from the alley south of Victoria Street to Seymour Street is closed third party utility work. Plywood paths are being laid down to assist staff and clients to access businesses within the impacted area. The path will be lifted and removed intermittently for work. This work will last until approximately September 26.

Looking ahead as the crew moves south into the next block, they will also work in the southern part of the intersection, closing the righthand lane on Seymour Street heading east. This will ensure that Seymour Street remains partially open as work progresses through the intersection at 4^th Avenue.
