NEW: A temporary traffic signal has been installed at 4th Avenue and Seymour Street to help manage traffic as construction vehicles exit the Kamloops Centre for the Arts site. When activated, the signal timing will allow construction vehicles to safely clear the intersection reducing confusion and improving safety for all motorists. The City’s Transportation team will be on site during peak hours to ensure everything is running smoothly.
