Purpose: The Social Planning Engagement Group supports the Committee by coordinating its activities, providing information and professional advice, and gathering public input on matters within the Committee’s mandate. The group helps advance the Kamloops Social Plan, identifies social planning priorities, and offers input on annual social planning grants as well as broader social planning issues, ensuring the Committee’s work is informed by community needs and perspectives.
