Dallas Drive Roundabout Paving - COMPLETE

This project is complete.

PROJECT SCOPE

The City of Kamloops will be working with BA Dawson Blacktop to resurface the roundabout at the intersection of Dallas Drive and Todd Road. We are advising residents and motorists in the area that this work is scheduled to take place May 24–27, 2022.

HOURS OF WORK

Work will begin May 24 and be completed by May 27. Construction is scheduled to occur Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm. Some evening work may occur.

TRAFFIC IMPACTS

Exit 384 will be closed to all vehicles with the exception of transit from 7:00 am–4:00 pm. Motorists should use Kokanee Way/Exit 388 to access Dallas Drive. Golf course traffic will be permitted through the work zone.

Pedestrians will be accommodated at all times, and businesses will remain open. Please plan accordingly and obey all traffic control personnel and signage.

RESIDENTIAL IMPACTS

Throughout the construction period, vibratory compaction equipment may be in use; therefore, any fragile items should be packaged or protected from damage due to vibration. There may also be noise disruption due to equipment on site. Garbage collection will not be impacted.
